For each visitor to the Institute for Human Resources Training ("IHRT") website, the web server automatically recognizes and records visitor information regarding the date and time of access, the IP address, the web browser type and version, and address of the website from which the visitor linked to the IHRT site. The web server does not record email addresses.

This information is used for internal review, in order to optimize and improve our website content and structure, and is then discarded. The information is not shared with other organizations, nor used for commercial purposes. To the extent that you provide us with information regarding yourself for purposes of receiving additional information, IHRT will use such information only for that purpose.

A "cookie" is a small data text file stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information, and IHRT does not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information. IHRT uses temporary, session-specific cookies to ensure visits go smoothly. All IHRT cookies go away once your browser is closed. Cookies stay on the user's hard drive to determine if the user is new or returning/existing.

Our cookies neither reveal nor contain any identifying or personal data. Cookies also can't read any information on your computer or interact with other cookies on your hard drive. Your browser is most likely programmed to accept cookies. However, if you do not want your browser to accept cookies, you can turn off the cookie acceptance option in your browser settings. Please note that certain areas of our site may not function properly if you set your browser to not accept cookies.

We collect no other information on visitors who browse our website unless we specifically request information from an individual directly. IHRT does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child without the consent of the child's parent(s). The IHRT website does contain links to other websites. IHRT is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
